WooMobile for WooCommerce App Reviews

Ive just test the app, and it seems to work very well. However, should add features that could treat orders such as : Indicate that an order has been shipped, cancel an order etc.. Very promising app, this can be a very good thing for my clients for whom I developed ecommerces with WooCommerce. PS : Maybe available in French one day ?

This app is OK... The design is great, the connection setup is easy. But there 2 cons... 1) the price.. $9.99 for a mobile view? A little bit too much.. 2) where are the push notifications? I want to get a notification when Im on the go and someone buys something from my website.. Please implement a Push Notification Service!!

we run several stores and found with woomobile a perfect app for us. the fast and easy way the developer listens to our needs is perfect.

Since last update of Woo or iOS the app doesnt work anymore. No response from support.

For that price I was expecting much more: -Cannot create or modify product (as mentionned in the description) -Would be nice a category view -Order by... View -iPad compatible Hope those kind of feature will come... For the moment... It dont worth the price Ive paid (with regrets)

Does not work with recent plugins for shipment tracking. Up to 1.3 it was unable to download providers list, after plugin update it is completely unable to open an order, just freezes. Suport is also really bad and inapp purchases displayed wrong currency, so I paid in EUR even tho it showed PLN.

Attention developer! This is a great app, please add iPhone 6 resolution. Try to rework design according to latest iOS 8 firmware. Also please add order edit, copy/paste info from orders, easy call to client function. This would be a 5 star app.

If youre thinking, as I did feom reading the site, that you can be truly mobile a la eBay - save your $10. You can do nothing but look at what youve imputed at the desktop. And that isnt displayed correctly either. You can not add anything whatsoever. No updating to speak off. Nothing that the site says. Hopefully a future update will render this less of a waste. Great idea. Crap delivery.

This has been an excellent application for me. I needed to be able to check on orders received off of my WordPress website using both my ipad and iPhone, and this has done the trick. It would get 5 stars from me if it didnt suddenly have the glitch of daily notifying me of a new sale that didnt actually happen. I suspect it is the result of the new iOS 7 upgrade. Hopefully this will be solved, and I will come back and upgrade my rating to 5 star status.

Good start! However would like to have more access to changing inventory and size options from the app itself. If updates begin to come. I will feel as if I got my money worth.

Pros: It opens.You can view orders. You can view products. Cons: It cost $10. You cant email or call a customer from the view order screen. You cant open customers shipping address from the view order screen. In fact, you can do nothing but stare at it. Bonus: If you want to track shipping thats $5 more. Pro-Tip: save your money and use mobile safari which is shockingly more useful.

I downloaded this app so I could see when I get orders and so I can manage them when I am in the shop working on customers orders. I was very impressed that you can see every detail for every order. All of the order info is at you finger tips. While I was looking though the app I got another order off my site. I was immediately impressed and knew right away this tool was going to help me manage my businesss orders. Another cool feature is that there is a Rolodex of all your customers names, name, addresses and phone numbers - just like in your phones contacts list. It also shows each customers order number and details about their order. This will make it very easy to have any one customers address or phone number at the tip of my fingers. Then only thing I didnt like is that there is only one user log in. I would have likes to have multiple accounts in a list that I could log into. I have multiple sites that I manage so I will have to log in and out every time I want to switch sites. I would have given this app 4-1/2 stars, but there were no 1/2 star options - but its more a 5 star app than a 4 star. In conclusion you should really buy this app even if you dont need it that often, its still worth having even it you need it once in a while.

Its very hard to use, not because its difficult but because it lacks so many features, and the features it does have work poorly.

I dont really need to affect the orders when Im away from my office, so the lite version would have been perfect for me. It was working great until they updated. I decided to take the hit and get the full version, hoping that would solve my problem. Nope. It just wont load most of the time. The little wheel spins and spins and never stops. Its fabulous on the rare occasion when it loads properly, so thats why Im giving it the 3 stars. If they can solve the loading issue, it will be exactly what I need.

Worked great. Now it just hangs up and never connects

This app is just what I need on the go to check my orders. A few things minor errors and requests: 1) custom order statuses are only implemented into the app if installed PRIOR to installing this app otherwise delete and reinstall the app. There should be a refresh button in the settings. ***update- there is still a bug where other plugins that might not recognize custom status messing with it in the ios handling. Needs a deeper look to keep it consistent at all times. I deleted and reimplemented the order status 2) please allow to update custom order fields such as multi-select check boxes, single checkbox, text 3) please allow to send user an email from in the app or redirect to mail app. 4) filter orders by #,date,status etc

Ill agree with the review with one star slightly. Features are limited and I hope more come soon. But honestly, theres no other app like this one. When a customer calls in, and Im out of the office, this app lets me look right at their order and adjust things accordingly, or provide details on shipment, etc. I wish you could click on the tracking numbers as well as copy and paste stuff. Im assuming updates are to come. Great app!

Not supported on iPhone 6 plus and no updates after two months of not working. Lame
